I was Employed at NJCSI on 01/02/2019 after working as an Automation Engineer at Zipcord Industries. 

​

I work in the main branch in Durban where I have the following responsibilities 

• ABB Distributed Control Systems integration

• Electrical design 

• System Design

• Off line and on-line PLC Programming

• SCADA Development / Integration

• VMWare Sphere

• System Integration 

• Plant Commissioning 

• Breakdown Support 

• Remote Support (SLA Customers)

Some of my main responsibilities are as follows:

• PLC Coding - ABB Freelance, ABB 800xA, Rockwell / Allan Bradley , Siemens 

• Graphic Design - Panel Builder 800 / 800xA / Freelance / Digivis / Rockwell / Siemens.

• System Testing, programming and Commissioning. 

• System integrations - Modbus, OPC DA /AE, Profibus, Ethernet IP, Ethercat, RS232, RS485 etc..

• Installation of electrical Systems. 

• DCS Breakdown support and general Factory support

• System design
